This is a practical course that focuses on understanding the business realities over the next 3 years, the mind-set and capabilities required to have a performance-driven business as well as the practical templates and cycles that can be implemented to have a "fit-for-4IR" proposition in managing performance. The session will also consider areas impacted by performance appraisals such as remuneration, career and succession planning, incapacity management and the like.
